What are the check-in and check-out times?

Your room will be ready for you at 2:00 PM. On the day of your departure, please check out by 10:00 AM.

Can I arrive earlier or leave later?

If you arrive early and your room is ready, we’ll be happy to check you in right away (Early Check-in). Alternatively, you can leave your luggage with us and start your vacation. Late Check-out is available upon reservation and subject to availability (for a small fee).

What happens if I come home late at night?

The front desk and bar are open until 11:45 p.m. After that time, you’re free to come and go as you please using your electronic key. In case of any nighttime emergencies, we’re always here for you: the Clock never sleeps!

Is beach service included?

Yes! When you book through our official website, you’ll always get 1 beach umbrella and 2 lounge chairs included in the price. The beach is just 200 meters away.

Can I stay at the beach on the day of departure?

Please clear your room’s beach umbrella by 10:00 a.m. However, if you’d like to enjoy one last day in the sun, just let us know at least one day in advance: if space is available, you can reserve an extra beach spot at a discounted rate.

Where should I park my car?

We offer 1 outdoor parking space for €10 per day or a garage for €15 per day. Please vacate your parking space by 10:00 AM on the day of departure, but if you’d like to stay longer, please ask at the front desk about extending your parking. Alternatively, along Via del Quadrante and Via della Meridiana, you’ll find free public parking (white lines).

What time is breakfast?

The buffet is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the dining room. Are you a late riser? No problem: from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, we continue to serve breakfast on the terrace, so you can start your day at your own leisurely pace.

Can I bring my dog to breakfast?

Of course! We’ll reserve a table for you in our private dining area or on the terrace. You can help yourself to the buffet while your friend waits comfortably at the table.

I have food intolerances. What can I eat?

We are not a specialized facility, but we do offer a selection of packaged products designed for this purpose. Please let us know your needs when you check in, and we’ll do our best to help you.

Do you rent bicycles?

Yes, we have standard “Dutch” folding bikes. The cost is €10 for the entire day (24 hours). We recommend reserving them a day in advance to ensure they’re available.

Will there be anything to drink in the room?

In many room types, you'll find a complimentary set that includes a kettle, tea, herbal tea, and coffee. The in-room minibar is left empty for your use, so you can stock it with your favorite drinks.

Can you recommend a place to eat?

Absolutely! We have special agreements with the best restaurants in the area and know all of Caorle’s hidden gems. Just ask at the front desk—we love sharing our local insider tips.

How and when can I pay the bill?

We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards. To help us manage our operations more efficiently, we prefer that you settle your bill upon arrival (check-in), between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

If you’re looking for huge halls, we might not be the right hotel for you. Our rooms are cosy and compact, but designed down to the last millimetre to ensure you have everything you need: a supremely comfortable bed to rest in after your walks, brand-new shower cubicles to freshen up in, a private balcony and a highly functional design. At L’Orologio, we believe that a room should be a cosy nest for the night, but the real holiday awaits you outside: our rooms are the perfect base from which to set off, on foot or on our bikes, to discover the most authentic side of Caorle!

Yes, our little four-legged friends are welcome! To ensure everyone can relax, we’ve set aside three dedicated double rooms for them. We just ask that they’re used to being around people, not least because you’re not allowed to leave them alone in the room. But we’ve thought of everything to take the stress out of it: the dog-friendly supplement includes a reserved parasol at Bau Beach, the fully equipped beach in Caorle where you can have fun together.
