We invite you to read our conditions carefully to ensure a pleasant stay without surprises.

🕒 Check-in and Check-out

     

  • Arrival (Check-in): Rooms are available starting from 2:00 PM.

    •  

  • Departure (Check-out): Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM.

The provided floor plans are for illustrative purposes only. Within the same category, rooms may vary in position, size, and furnishings.

📅 Booking and Cancellation Policies

Booking Confirmation

The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a confirmatory deposit (usually 30%) or through the BeSafe formula. Payment of the deposit implies full acceptance of these conditions.

Cancellation Penalties (Standard Rate):

     

  • Period August 1st – 31st: 30% penalty for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival.

    •  

  • Other periods: 30% penalty for cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival.

    •  

  • No-show, delayed arrival, or early departure: A penalty equal to a maximum of 3 nights (calculated on the bed and breakfast rate) will be charged. Unused services or meals are non-refundable.

BeSafe Rate

Requires prepayment of the entire stay at the time of booking. It allows you to cancel or modify the reservation at any time and unconditionally via written communication (Email) by 3:00 PM on the scheduled day of arrival. 💳 Payments and Guarantees

     

  • Accepted methods: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and cash (within legal limits).

    •  

  • Guarantee: A pre-authorization on the credit card is required at check-in.

    •  

  • Agencies/Tour Operators: Full payment is required within 14 days prior to the guest’s arrival.

🐾 Four-legged friends

We are pleased to host dogs up to 10 kg exclusively in our Dog Friendly Double Rooms.

     

  • Bau Beach Service: Included in the price of the stay.

    •  

  • Regulations: For the safety of the animal, it is not allowed to leave it unattended in the room.

🏛️ Tourist Tax

Municipality of Caorle: 2.20 € per person per night.

     

  • Exemptions: Children under 6 years old.

The tax is not included in the room price and must be paid directly on-site.
