Within the same category, rooms may vary in position, size, and furnishings.<\/p>\n<h2>\ud83d\udcc5 Booking and Cancellation Policies<\/h2>\n<h3>Booking Confirmation<\/h3>\n<p>The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a <strong>confirmatory deposit (usually 30%)<\/strong> or through the <strong>BeSafe<\/strong> formula. Payment of the deposit implies full acceptance of these conditions.<\/p>\n<div class=\"box-info\"><strong>Cancellation Penalties (Standard Rate):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n\u00a0\t<\/p>\n<li><strong>Period August 1st \u2013 31st:<\/strong> 30% penalty for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival.<\/li>\n<p>\u00a0\t<\/p>\n<li><strong>Other periods:<\/strong> 30% penalty for cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival.<\/li>\n<p>\u00a0\t<\/p>\n<li><strong>No-show, delayed arrival, or early departure:<\/strong> A penalty equal to a maximum of 3 nights (calculated on the bed and breakfast rate) will be charged. Unused services or meals are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3>BeSafe Rate<\/h3>\n<p>Requires prepayment of the entire stay at the time of booking. It allows you to cancel or modify the reservation at any time and unconditionally via written communication (Email) by <strong>3:00 PM<\/strong> on the scheduled day of arrival.
