What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 14:00, while check-out must be completed by 10:00.

Can I check in before 14:00 if I arrive early?

If the room is ready upon arrival, we offer early check-in. Alternatively, you can leave your luggage at the hotel and check in after 14:00.

What time do I have to vacate the room on the day of departure?

Although we understand you may want to stay longer, the room must be vacated by 10:00.

Is late check-out possible?

Yes, late check-out is available upon reservation and subject to availability, with an additional cost.

Can I leave my luggage for some time after check-out? Certainly, luggage storage is not a problem.

Do I need to move my car from the parking lot when leaving the room?

Yes, the parking space must be vacated by 10:00 to be available for the next guests. Upon request and subject to availability, paid parking is available, with reservations required at least one day before departure.

Do I have to return the beach umbrella and sunbeds at check-out?

Yes, the beach umbrella must be left free by 10:00 to be available for the next guests. A new umbrella can be provided for a fee, subject to availability and reservation requested at the reception at least one day before departure.

When do I have to settle my vacation payment?

For better organization and reception, we prefer payment upon arrival. Payment can be made from 08:00 to 22:00.

What payment methods are accepted for the balance? We accept payments with debit cards, credit cards, and cash.


What time is breakfast available?

Buffet breakfast is served in the dining room from 7:45 to 10:00. From 10:00 to 12:00, we offer terrace service to allow you to enjoy it at your leisure.

Do you have options for those with food intolerances?

While not specialized, we have some suitable packaged products. Please inform the reception of your needs at check-in.

Can I have breakfast with my furry friend?

Certainly, we love animals. We will reserve a table for you in our dedicated indoor area or on the terrace for greater tranquility.

Caorle, the Beach, and Surroundings

Are you close to the center?

The hotel is 900 meters from the center of Caorle: about a 10-minute walk through the charming promenade or the evening pedestrian area of Viale Santa Margherita.

Are you close to the beach?

Certainly, the beach is only 200 meters away.

Is the beach service included in the price?

Yes, by booking through our official website, the beach service with 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room is included from check-in to check-out.

Where can I park? We have two private parking lots for guests, located 100 meters from the hotel. Parking spaces are available for a fee, at a cost of €10 per day.

Do you have bikes available?

We are affiliated with the Sifra bike rental, in front of the hotel. Guests benefit from discounts on bike, e-bike, traditional rickshaw, and scooter rentals.

Can you recommend restaurants and must-see places?

We have discounts and agreements with restaurants in the area and can recommend the right place for a special occasion. For exploring lesser-known Caorle, ask at the reception.

I’m passionate about sports; do you have training suggestions?

In front of the hotel, there are 4 tennis courts and 2 paddle courts. For a gym, we recommend Valkirya Gym.

Can you suggest an unforgettable experience?

Whether you prefer a sailing boat aperitif, a trip to Venice, or an e-bike tour, Alessio and Gilberto are available for advice and detailed information.


When is my room cleaned?

Cleaning and tidying of the room take place daily between 8:00 and 12:00. Towel change is included and occurs every day; if you want a change, just place them on the floor.

Will I find something to drink in my room?

Certainly, depending on the room type, you will find a kettle and a coffee machine with complimentary teas and coffee. The minibar is empty to make room for your beverages.

If I come back late at night, will someone be at the reception?

We are available at the Reception and Bar until 23:45. After that time, you can enter with the electronic key at the time you prefer. We are still here for you 24/7 for emergencies because All’Orologio never sleeps.
